| 感想文等 | ほぼ同時に「狼男だよ」「死霊狩り」を読んでいる。
すると何が起きるかというと、当然ながら「林石隆」の謎なのだ（笑）
「狼男だよ」の林石隆は中国特務機関の人間である。「死霊狩り」にも同じように出てくるので、これは同一人物かもしれない。でもかなり印象は違う感じがする。
「超革中」の林石隆は中学生の少年である。中国人ではなく、日本人で、超人である。あ、超人という点ではゾンビーハンターの林と同じかもしれない。
キャラクターはぜんっぜん、違う。
のちに、林石隆は少年ウルフガイ・シリーズの「狼の怨歌」でも出現してきていることが分かるが、このときは中国虎部隊の隊長で虎人間である。これもまるでキャラクターが異なっている。
たぶん、一番インパクトが強いのは「死霊狩り」ゾンビーハンターの林のはずだ。
それにしても、なぜ、「中国の」あるいは「中学の」（笑）超人はどのキャラも林石隆という名前なのだろう？
それはともかく(ともかくなんだ？)、この「超革中」は角川文庫でも出ているが、ぜひともハヤカワ文庫で読んでいただきたい。
ひとつには、イラスト。やはり角川文庫の生頼範義氏のリアルイラストより、ハヤカワ文庫の永井豪のコミックイラストの方が作品的に合っているだろう……し、それに、実はイラストにために内容で一部、というか１文の異同がある。
「とても文章では書けない。」場面のところで、ハヤカワ文庫版では「イラストを見てほしい。」という一文がアリ、そしてちゃんとそのイラストがあるのだ。
角川文庫では、それが、ない。
もったいない、ああ、もったいない。
というわけで、ハヤカワ文庫版推しである。
もうひとつ、ハヤカワ文庫版では解説を主人公のヨコジュンと鏡明が書いているのだ。
これは、今では珍しくもないメタあとがきではない。「本物」のヨコジュンと鏡明なのだ。これはぜひ通過するべき楽しみと言えるはずだ。
平井和正らしからぬというかドタバタスラプスティックで、ウケるかどうかわからない作品なのかもしれないが、ところどころの怒濤の展開、ラストのどひゃー展開は、自分にとっては楽しめるものだった。
ハヤカワ文庫版体裁（解説も採録）で復刊を望みたい１冊にちがいない。(かめ)
