hi, i’ve just installed your package on Firefox 1.5b, (on OS X 10.3.9) and it looks fine. the preferences pages of google.com is displayed as same as your screenshot.
i don’t know much about the sites for extensive test for form display, but if you’d like screenshots of them, please let me know the URLs.
